These Terms of Service govern your use of the FBL AI Solutions website and services. By using this website, requesting an assessment, purchasing a service, or engaging FBL AI Solutions for a project, you agree to these terms and to any project-specific proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement that applies to the engagement.
1. Services
FBL AI Solutions provides business assessments, artificial intelligence and automation consulting, workflow design, software and integration services, setup and implementation, and related support. Recommendations and project scope depend on the information supplied by the client and the agreed engagement.
2. Assessments and proposals
An assessment may identify opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, an assessment does not guarantee a particular financial, operational, sales, or technical result. Implementation work outside the purchased assessment is subject to separate scope and pricing.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access and approvals, and lawful authorization to use any accounts, systems, content, or data supplied for a project. Clients remain responsible for business decisions and for reviewing outputs before relying on them in sensitive or consequential situations.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the applicable service listing, proposal, invoice, order, or agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional authorization and fees. Recurring services continue according to the applicable plan or agreement until cancelled under its terms.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Because assessments, configuration, software, automation, and consulting services may involve time and customized work, refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the service purchased, work already performed, third-party costs incurred, and any project-specific agreement. Any specific cancellation or refund terms presented at purchase or in a proposal control for that engagement.
6. Third-party platforms
Our solutions may integrate with third-party software, AI models, payment processors, communications providers, hosting services, APIs, or other platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, pricing, security, and technical limitations. FBL AI Solutions does not control and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can contain errors or incomplete information. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, AI tools are intended to assist business workflows rather than replace appropriate human review, professional advice, or legally required decision-making. Clients are responsible for appropriate review and use of outputs.
8. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned or developed independently before an engagement. Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, FBL AI Solutions and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing and reusable software, source code, architectures, templates, methods, automation frameworks, algorithms, components, know-how, and improvements. Upon full payment, the client may use project deliverables and configurations created specifically for the client to the extent stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party technology remains subject to its applicable license terms.
9. Confidentiality and data
We will use reasonable care with non-public business information provided for an engagement. Project-specific requirements involving confidential, regulated, or sensitive data should be identified before implementation so appropriate controls and responsibilities can be established. 10. No guarantee of results
We work to provide useful, practical solutions, but do not guarantee particular revenue, cost savings, lead volume, conversion rates, uptime, rankings, financing outcomes, or other business results unless a written agreement expressly provides such a guarantee.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious software, deceptive practices, or other activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FBL AI Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the website or services. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any controlling project agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Project-specific signed agreements remain governed by their own terms.
